12 months mould free guarantee
Guarantee Coverage:
AirEffect guarantees that the indoor evaporator coils will remain mould-free for a minimum period of 12 months following a Deluxe Clean decontamination wash, starting from the date of service.
The 12-month guarantee is valid only for 12 months from the initial service application date. If any re-treatments are applied within this period, the guarantee does not restart from the re-treated application date.
Warranty Claims Process:
If you observe mould on the indoor evaporator coils within the warranty period, please contact us at 027 239 4701 or email info@aireffect.co.nz. This warranty will be void if the covered equipment is serviced or cleaned by any contractor other than an AirEffect technician during the warranty period. Normal contamination and dirt buildup on other parts of the heat pump are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Exemptions:
The AirEffect 12-Month Warranty does not apply to heat pumps located in the following environments:
- Kitchens
- Beauty salons
- Hairdressers
- Massage therapy rooms
- Manufacturing plants
- Food production areas
- Bakeries
- Smoking rooms
